We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all UNI Hardware Wallet purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping label.
Securely wipe all data from the device, package it in original materials, and include all accessories and documentation.
Use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the item back to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns within the 30-day window. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different model, please return your current item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
If your device has a technical issue, it may be covered under our Limited Warranty rather than requiring a return. Manufacturing defects and hardware failures are addressed through our warranty repair or replacement program.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
